Urgh this early rise thing is getting to me, so tired.

Or maybe It's the pasta anyway I'm currently waiting for girlfriend to come back so i can use computer to check out stuff regarding tomorrow's paper.

Knee status is unknown but it hurts. And the little blue guy is apparently also getting on the nerves of girlfriend. I mean he came unannounced and he's just sitting there...

So I'm up way early again this morning, I must say I'm still not sure how long this will last.

Ran around the lake 11 minutes, 1 minute more than yeaterday. Knee hurt this morning but not any more than when I did the Bike thing, and when I've been using the Christiania Bike a lot.

stupid Bluetooth

So I found out some time ago (and just recently verified myself) that I can't install bluetooth on my stupid Thinkpad x40 (I so want a new lappy) Maybe one of those sleek MacBooks with all its bluetooth glory and hazaa.

The reason for all this bluetooth wantin' is of course my new chubby little Nokia 6280 phone that has a not so shabby battery life (8 hours and counting) for playing mp3's due to its solid state miniSD card flash-ness. (aint I just totally megagaltastic*)

Good news is if I shell out the cash for one of those Fingernail sized 1 or 2GB miniSD cards I can put pretty much as much music on as I want (well around 2 gigs worth I guess) but it also comes with a SD card adapter enabling me to put it in my computer for fast audio transfer.

*OMG a search on google for the term "megagaltastic" already shows 50.000 results I wonder if there were any before Ze Frank blogged about it?

This is the first picture I took with my brand new mobile phone! Now I always have a camera with me, the problem is that the quality is lagging somewhat, it doesn't show on the relatively small preview here, but in full size 1600x1200 it's really bad quality.

Not only does my Ixus take much better pictures, even if you view it full size, it's still much better. Oh well, at least they're trying.

Update, I totally forgot to tell the tale of the Opera! Louise (see picture above) took me to see Tosca, which was very entertaining, her uncle couldn't go so we went instead.

The Operahouse itself is not what you'd normally think an operahouse looks like, it's "modern" I guess. So this old coot spends 2 gazillions on this building and he can't even build in the lights so they don't poke out, engineering failure, but the crystal lamps in the hall were nice (and very very big)

But the Opera itself was really good, I don't really know Opera, (isn't it a browser?) but as a play it was entertaining, although I felt the tickets were a bit expensive (if I had payed for them) I guess I'm just used to see stuff for much cheaper.

My off-shore company

So yesterday, instead of investigating a rumored planticide I visited my off-shore windfarm.

Me and Marie arrived to the ocean after a short walk down a long pier where we were greeted by a beautiful sight of wilndmills besides a nice rainbow.

Frogs Legs

This thursday, I went with my salsa class to rimini to eat, before we went dancing. The menu had frog legs as an appetizer, so naturally I had to try it. I thought about the movie Triplets from Belleville when I tried it, by the way for the first time in my life. It tastes like chicken, very delicious.

I kinda feel like everything comes together in this post, which is number 100 by the way! I'm writing this on a snazzy little 12" PowerBook (such a shame that Sara didn't wait for the even snazzier MacBook Pro that's bound to come on the market soon) Sara is kinda my ex, and Marie is here too, and none of them have any problems with this, and they both know about each other. So incredibly uncomplicated, I can't believe it!

In other news we (me and Marie) just came home from the Påskefrokost, which was a blast, we met the whole pukkelryggede and everyone was nice Marie said, even though she was a little worried about all the boys she had to produce!

Now I'm gonna spend the rest of the night updating this sexy little thing.

So I've had a wonderful day went out into the cold, and got my bike very partially fixed, going again next week. Had visit from Lasse ho had a new bike (again) and also a visit from Rose, who got the sad news of one of her old classmates had died under weird circumstances.

We watched a lot of movies, ate delicious food (finely chopped fried potatoes makes for deliciousness, I guess they call it fries or something) and watched more movies, at midnight I got on the phone with Marie, who, being the bunny she is, agreed to be guinea pig for my new totally awesome Explorer Destroyer script, which all you IE users out there, have probably been made aware of already! I just hope Stevie isn't going to kill me.

So, I fixed Maria's and Amy's internet once again, with the Airport Express thingy, and the PPPoE thingamajig.

<rant>And this is the thanx I get, absolutely no hugs from Amy even though she's gonna be able to get on the interweb totaly wireless, just because she just came home from Berlin. When I came home from Berlin, I went to a pancake party, twice and a salsaparty, with only three hours of sleep on a couch in the morning, and a few winks on the bus.</rant>

So anyway, I'll be uploading a few pictures from the Spring Mix Party we had at Maria's place saturday.

iMac

In my neverending quest for geekines, I've turned my attention towards my nieces iMac. It's an old and battered system, works fine exept it's slow as hell. Possibly due to my installing of the bleeding edge OS and software on the machine.

Well I figure, why not take the 40 Gig mac harddrive from my moms now destroyed titanium powerbook (such a sweet machine so sad to see it gone) I have lying at home, and throw it in this old thing, thus upgrading it a bit?

The machine is screaming for more disk real estate, and it makes no sense to just let the 40 gig collect dust at home when all this sweet tangerine only has 10 gigs to juggle. Now all I need is the blueprints of this thing so I can locate the damn thing. I thought I saw someone post some pictures of a guttet iMac somewhere, but a quick google revealed nothing.

On a slightly related note, Happy Birthday Apple, your machines rock (and thanks for the 5G iPod you gave me for my birthday, exept you guys were supposed to Bite my shiny metal ass not kiss it! Maybe I'll just call it flexo, but that's another story) Bring back ~~sergeant lobo~~ the titanium powerbook, in a sweet sweet upgraded intel dual core configuration.

What will tomorrow bring? A 4" iPod, 13" iBook or 20" MacBook Pro? Taking all bets, I also offer video poker!

No it's ~~not~~ another Video Podcast ~~(yet)~~ I gave Magnus my camera so I have to find some other way of making the podcast. Either I'm gonna go it on a mac with Garageband or with my webcam or my phone, who knows. Also, I think I'd like to have the shiny new Canon Ixus 65 with the damn big 3" screen.

So I turn 26 today, I was awoken at midnight by some ~~freaks~~ really cool people, singing happy birthday to me! Then me and my HC host Caro went dancing at the Havanna Club. It was great, I danced with the beautifil and tallented Felia and it was awesome. Now I'm gonna sleep 3 hours and get on the Graahundbus so I can be in Copenhagen at 7 tonight, so I can come to the Cosmo and Cakes party.

Hot chocolate

Here's how to make an authentic hot chocolate.

Get some real cocoa, non of that sugared up stuff. Then get some "third and third and third" good whole milk, none of that lofat stuff, and some sugar, maybe some vanilla and definately some whipped cream (again not something from a can). Also if you're going to be really authentic, you could get some dark chokolate, but you'll have to check with the store if it can be used to make hot chokolate, and then you mustn't boil the milk, or something. Walhrona chokolate is good I think.

The really easy way if you're just making one cup, is to have a microwave oven, just put a teaspoon chokolate and a teaspoon sugar in a cup, add a spoon of milk really not more than a spoonful, and mix it together. Then slowly add cold milk while stirring, and put it in the microwave oven, to minutes later it's done.

I just haven't figured out how to make whipped cream for one yet.

If you make a whole liter of milk, just use two spoonfuls of coacoa and sugar, mix it in a cup with two-four spoonfuls milk, dump it all in the milk in a pot and boild while stirring, if you don't want to burn the milk, put it in a waterbath, a big skillet with some water in it, and the pot in the water, that way the milk will never burn.

Spring cleaning

This may be the day I do my annual spring cleaning, I know this because I woke up ridiculously early this morning at couldn't sleep.

It usually happens this time of year. While waiting for school to begin, I stop sleeping at normal hours, and try to find something to fill the void, it's cold outside, but not the romantic snowy cold, not that I have anyone to share that with since I recently startet pimping every girl I know to friends see how subtle I've become?.

I've recently begun a lot of articles on the danish Wikipedia but every article I create seems to beg more articles, this is how they get you I suppose.

Wow, I just fell asleep for some hours on the couch, I was yay cold but I coudn't get up, too tired.

Wow, my phone has been off but some nice lady said I could go to my Chemistry exam after all it's the day after tomorrow(!) Better get my study on, or I could just watch Blade Runner (and they wonder why one must take to pirating movies, the thing is impossible to track down :(

I have a huge Backlog of background stuff I need to do (Sort through pictures, write blogs etc.)

Right now I'm just busy living my life, partying, falling in love, sleeping a few hours every now and then, feeding a cat, training, wondering how to get to Norway for the 31^st to watch Gåte.

In the end, not much of the background stuff ends up getting done, but it's not nearly as important as partying and having friends over for pancakes. It can wait for lonelier times.
